We only collect personal data when you choose to fill form to download Free CSA or when you want to make a donation to obtain Key Code for continued use of Congregation Secretary's Assistant Pus. The purposes are described at the time of collection which is expressly written and made clear to you. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete and current and we only collect personal data which is relevant and limited to what is necessary for record purposes and sending you information concerning the the app when needed. We will keep personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and then we will securely delete or destroy it.

As stated in EULA of CSA Plus, it has an optional feature of using online backup storage, which will be useful in the event of system loss. This uses user's Google Drive to store its data which is also encrypted before sending it online. It is up to each user whether to use this feature and grant permissions to Drive for this purpose. As will be shown you when granting permission, no personal data is accessed by CSA Plus, but only its own generated data.
